How do I create an account?

Open CaseRoute and tap "Sign Up". Enter your name, email, and choose your role (Supervisor or Caseworker). You'll be logged in immediately.

How do I delete my account?

Go to your Dashboard and tap "Delete Account". You'll be asked to confirm. Once deleted, all your personal data, visit reports, travel logs, and activity history will be permanently removed.

How does route optimization work?

CaseRoute uses smart clustering and distance calculations to plan the most efficient route between your assigned cases. It considers case priority, location proximity, and appointment schedules.

How is mileage calculated?

Mileage is tracked based on the routes you complete. Reimbursement is calculated at $0.67 per mile, following standard NGO reimbursement rates.

Can I use CaseRoute offline?

CaseRoute requires an internet connection to sync data, optimize routes, and access case information. Some cached data may be available when briefly offline.

What devices does CaseRoute support?

CaseRoute works on iPhone (iOS 15+), Android devices, and web browsers. Download from the App Store, Google Play, or visit purqle.world.

How do I report a bug?
