CaseRoute Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using CaseRoute ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Description of Service

CaseRoute is a route planning and case management application designed specifically for NGO caseworkers and supervisors. The Service provides the following features:

• Route optimization and planning for case visits
• Case management and tracking capabilities
• Visit scheduling and appointment management
• Mileage tracking for reimbursement purposes
• Activity logging and performance reporting
• Location-based services for caseworker management

3. User Accounts

Registration and Security

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account information. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

Account Deletion

You have the right to delete your account at any time from within the application. Upon deletion, your personal information, visit reports, travel logs, and activity history will be permanently removed. Cases assigned to you will be unassigned but preserved for organizational continuity.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems
• Misuse or abuse client data, including sharing confidential case information outside authorized channels
• Use the Service for any purpose other than its intended use by your organization
• Disrupt or interfere with the normal operation of the Service
• Attempt to circumvent any security measures or access controls
• Use the Service in violation of any applicable laws or regulations
• Share your login credentials with unauthorized individuals

5. Data and Privacy

The Service and all its original content, features, and functionality (including but not limited to all information, software, text, displays, images, video and audio) are the exclusive property of CaseRoute, Purqle, and/or its suppliers, licensors, and associates. All rights are reserved. You may not reproduce, distribute, transmit, or display any content from the Service without our prior written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CASEROUTE AND ITS SUPPLIERS, LICENSORS, AND ASSOCIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF DATA, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, OR OTHER COMMERCIAL LOSSES, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate your account and access to the Service at any time, for any reason, without notice or liability. Grounds for termination include but are not limited to: violation of these Terms of Service, misuse of client data, unauthorized access attempts, or violation of applicable laws.

9. Changes to Terms
